The $100 consultation fee is required prior to conducting any air testing. Every home has common mold present. Our initial consultation will determine what type of testing should be performed once our inspector assesses the condition of the property. This personalized approach to evaluating mold presence in the home will determine what type of testing should be performed. If no visible mold is found, air testing would then be a viable option. If, however, visible mold is found, we can swab it to determine what kind of mold it is or recommend the mitigation process. Book Now
