Are Mycotoxins Impacting the Health of Your Home?
Mycotoxins are toxic compounds released by toxigenic molds (Stachybotrys, Aspergillus, Chaetomium, etc.). Mycotoxins are lightweight and, once they're airborne, they can end up anywhere in your home (HVAC ducts, air filters, furniture, clothing and dust).
Mycotoxins aren't typically addressed by mold remediation methods. Mycotoxins can make you very sick. You can test for mycotoxins in your body and your home. If you've been sick and you don't know why, a mycotoxin test in your home could help us understand the IAQ.
LEVEL 1: MYCOTOXIN TESTING & INTERPRETATIONS- $400
This package includes the RTL (Real Time Labs) mycotoxin testing kit. This is a mycotoxin test and mold PCR test. The results will tell us if molds capable of producing mycotoxins are present in your home. The second report will determine whether 15 of the most concerning mycotoxins are present in your home.

The kit will be shipped to your home and it will include the testing media, COC and return envelope. You will take the samples as directed on the packaging. If you have any questions as to where you should test, you can email Steve directly. Test results will be available in about 10 business days. Once we have the results, Steve will look at the results and provide his feedback as to the next steps. Please note that we always recommend having a property inspection with any and all mold or mycotoxin testing.

LEVEL 2: MYCOTOXIN TESTING & CONSULTATION- $700
This package includes the RTL mycotoxin testing kit and everything described above. This is a mycotoxin test and mold PCR test. The kit will be shipped to your home and it will include the testing media, COC and return envelope. You will take the samples as directed on the packaging. Once we have the results, Steve will look at the results and provide his feedback as to the next steps. Please note that we always recommend having a property inspection with any and all mold or mycotoxin testing.

This package will include a 90-minute phone or ZOOM consultation with Steve. Our consultation will include a questionnaire which will provide us with the initial information required. After we have the EMMA results and the consult completed, Steve will provide a comprehensive report with the labs findings and his recommendations.
LEVEL 3: MYCOTOXIN TESTING, VPA & CONSULTATION- $850
This package will have an EMMA test, VPA and consultation. This will include everything listed in the previous package. We can do the services in the order you'd like but I recommend having the VPA first so we can assess your home. If we find major concerns or a remediation contractor is required, we will wait to do the EMMA test.

The consultation will typically take place after the VPA and EMMA testing. Once again, the order will be adjusted to your unique situation. The VPA will include a report with our discoveries and recommendations for your home.
