Service Description

Depending on the initial assessment, we will determine what type of testing will be performed. If no visible mold is present, a minimum of two air samples will be taken, one for a control sample which will be taken outside and the second sample will be taken inside the property. Numerous air samples may be recommended, depending on our findings. If visible mold is found, we can perform a tapelift or swab to determine what type of mold is present. ($30 per sample & shipping is an additional cost)
